This Kickboxing Class Will Train You in Actual Fighting
& Self-Defense Techniques - Class for Ages 16yrs & Up.
You Will Go Through A Fighter's Style Workout, Learning Punches,
Kicks, Footwork, Movement, & Conditioning.
Along With Great Cardio, Strength, and Endurance Training,
You Will Get Toned, Trimmed and In Great Shape.
